Kobold Starter is included with every GEME Pro purchase. Terra 2 users may need to purchase it separately for initial setup or system reset.
When should I use Starter Reset vs a new Starter Kit?
Use a new Starter Kit for first-time device setup. Use Starter Reset only for rare recovery scenarios when the microbial ecosystem has significantly degraded — not for routine maintenance or performance tuning.
How long does Kobold Starter take to activate?
Mix Kobold Starter powder with approximately 500ml of water and wait 6-8 hours (8 hours recommended) for full activation before first use.
Is Kobold Starter required for ongoing use?
No. Kobold Starter is for initial setup or full reset only. The microbial ecosystem is self-sustaining for daily use. Optional Boost Packs can be added every 2 weeks after harvest to accelerate processing, but they are not required.
